• A conference room reservation is binding and always starts and ends on the hour
• The time reserved is to be paid regardless of the actual use
• To make a reservation, please send us your billing details and we will promptly reply with an invoice
• For recurring reservations, you will receive an invoice at the end of your reservation with billing details provided by you.
• If you are making a reservation less than 4 working days in advance, we need you to pay the rent in cash in person
• Free cancellation is possible at least 14 days in advance. Charges apply in the case of a late cancellation: 50 % (if cancelled 7-14 days in advance) or 100 % (if cancelled 0-7 days in advance) of the total price.
• A DISCOUNT may be offered for a larger number of binding reservations
