A conference room reservation is binding and always starts and ends on the hour
The time reserved is to be paid regardless of the actual use
To make a reservation, please send us your billing details and we will promptly reply with an invoice.
For recurring reservations, an invoice will be raised after a completed event with a 14-day payment term.
Free cancellation is possible at least 7 days in advance.
Charges apply in the case of a late cancellation (0-6 days in advance): 100 % of the total price
An individual price may be negotiated for long-term reservations.
